Online Purchases
Items purchased through our website may be eligible for return under the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Item must be in the same condition as received
- Item must not be damaged, altered, or tampered with
Return Process
To request a return, contact us with your order details. If approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was received damaged or not as described.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued after the item is received and inspected.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, a partial refund or denial of refund may occur.
For items purchased through third-party platforms such as eBay, those platform policies will apply.
In-Store Purchases
All in-store sales are final.
Customers are encouraged to fully inspect and test items before completing their purchase. Our staff is happy to assist with testing and verifying functionality prior to sale.
Because items are tested and accepted by the customer at the time of purchase, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for in-store purchases.
If you experience an issue after purchase, we may, at our discretion, offer alternatives such as:
- Buying the item back
- Accepting the item as a pawn loan
These options are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or not as described, please contact us promptly so we can work to resolve the issue.
